You'll receive healing Reiki energy through hovering hand positions in a longer savasana.
200 RYT and Reiki Master Teacher Alyson Lyon leads this 90-minute workshop consisting of a gentle, hip-focused, All Levels Vinyasa practice set to soothing music with Reiki in savasana and finally, instruction and practice in a Zen Meditation technique. Leave feeling calm, centered and inspired!
Alyson Lyon is a 200 RYT and Reiki Master Teacher who has been practicing yoga for over ten years and received her YTT through Reflections Yoga in 2013. Alyson began practicing Reiki in 2014 and received her Reiki Master Teacher certification through Tiffany Ketchmark in 2018. She studied Zen meditation at the Zen Buddhist Temple in Chicago. Alyson currently teaches Vinyasa yoga and practices Reiki at Mind Body Healing Center in Chicago.
Additionally, Alyson also holds a Master in Education, a Bachelor of Fine Arts both from DePaul and has a background as an educator and professional performer. She is passionate about transformation, healing and being a source of positivity in the lives of others.
