Post-Turkey Yoga Tune-Up
Facilitator: Kirsten Higgins
Cost: $20 Pre-registration only
Sunday, November 25th
12 pm - 1:30 pm
Whether or not you filled up with a little too much...(gratitude?) it will feel SO good to move your body and get everything inside moving too ;-)
We will start slow (in case tummies still feel a little full), build slow, and definitely enjoy some juicy, deep stretches at the end. We will finish with an extra-long guided relaxation to allow the nervous system to “rest & digest.”
Expect plenty of hands-on adjustments (there will be a discreet opportunity to opt-out of adjustments for those that do not want them). This yoga class will not be “advanced,” beginners are welcome; however, DO expect to work up a little bit of sweat and be physically challenged. Ignite your metabolic fire, restore energy, and leave with a very FULL…heart.
