If you have been struggling with chronic pain or are healing from an injury--this group is for you.

The Details:

  • "Small group yoga therapy" specifically for pain management. You may have heard of "small group personal training"? Same idea ;-)

  • Attend just one, or multiple sessions. Register for each date separately. Must pre-register and have doctor's clearance to participate (if applicable).

  • New participants will fill out a questionnaire and each session will be individualized for the participants.

  • The group will be limited to 6 participants for each date so each students receives plenty of 1:1 attention and TLC.

  • This group is appropriate for people with chronic pain of any kind, or people that are healing from an injury. A great follow-up or addition to physical therapy.

  • Yoga postures will be mostly restorative, although expect to mix in somatic movement, therapy ball massage, meditation techniques for pain management, and other holistic methods for managing pain.

  • Only one weekday and one weekend session per month:

    • Every second Tuesday of the month from 6:30 pm-8 pm (90 minutes)

    • Once a month on either Saturday or Sunday (day will rotate) for 120 minutes
