Erica Bray is a yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to helping people lead healthier lives. Expect her classes to be playful, thoughtful and challenging. Erica is a graduate of Northwestern University (B.S., M.S.) and Moksha Yoga Center (CYT) with over 1,000 hours of specialized training. She is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) meditation teacher through UMass Medical School and wellness coach through The Mayo Clinic. She's taught at Northwestern University and DePaul University and speaks regularly on panels for the Fertility Centers for Illinois (FCI). Following a life-shifting sabbatical across Nepal, India, Thailand and Bali to study yoga and meditation, including time at an ashram, Erica left a 20-year global executive career in media and marketing to empower others with mindfulness practices to reduce stress and improve mind-body and social health.
