Jenna Csont, 500 RYT
Practicing for over 10 years, Jenna decided to pursue her YTT in 2015. With a fascination for anatomy and the ways in which each mind and body functions on an individual level she was left feeling like she wanted more in order to deepen her practice and care for her students. A mentor and teacher suggested she study Yoga Therapy and in 2017 she began her journey. She is particularly passionate about utilizing the breath to work with anxiety and depression and enjoys empowering and educating others on the wonders of the nervous system. She is a firm believer that yoga is for everyone and there is always something to be gained when given a safe place to work on self-exploration.
Jenna is a 500hr Yoga Instructor and studies with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy. Her classes are all inclusive and trauma informed, creating a safe space where all are welcome to explore and grow. She uses modifications and props in order to make yoga accessible to everyone while still honoring the unique needs of each individual.
