In this workshop we will learn about the body-mind connection, and how timeless Ayurvedic Medicine and Yoga can be used to cultivate a sense of inner peace, well-being, energy, immunity and balance in our modern busy lives.
We will explore holistic nutrition, lifestyle, yoga postures, breathing practices and more tools to manage symptoms associated with the cold and dark season, such as low energy, disturbed sleep, weight gain, fear, lack of motivation, anxiety and depression.
You will gain understanding of your body and mind symptoms from Ayurvedic perspective and will get equipped with practical methods to help you flow with ease and navigate the season’s most challenging, heavy days.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of students.
